                              RESOLUTION NO. 21319
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE CITY 
                 ATTORNEY TO FILE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS 
                 AGAINST LARRY R. MARLER, FOR PROPERTY MORE 
                 PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, RELATIVE TO THE 
                 COOLIDGE PARK PROJECT.
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Office of the City Attorney be 
       and is hereby authorized to file eminent domain proceedings 
       against Larry R. Marler, relative to the Coolidge Park Project, 
       for property described as follows:
            All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 
            City of Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee, being 
            the south 100 feet of Lot Eighteen (18), Block 2, 
            Frazier's Addition No. One, to Hill City as shown on 
            plat recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 16, in the Register's 
            Office of Hamilton County, Tennessee.  Said property 
            fronting 50 feet on Meadow Street and running back a 
            distance of 100 feet of uniform width and being the same 
            property heretofore conveyed to Earl Bodine and wife, 
            Essie Lou Bodine by Martha Bodine by Deed dated August 
            9, 1938, recorded in Book 77, Page 308, said Register's 
            Office.
            
            Being the same property conveyed by Deed recorded in 
            Book 3515, Page 313, said Register's Office.
